Question:
I want to confirm that the C13073 is compatible with a 2012 Hyundai SantaFe SE since this product does not show up when searching for receivers on your site for this vehicle. Thanks,

Yes, the item you selected, CURT Trailer Hitch # C13073 is a confirmed fit for the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe.
For trailer wiring, if your Santa Fe is equipped with a tow packaged from the factory, you will need to use Draw-Tite Wiring # 118258. If you do not have the factory tow package, you will need to use Tow Ready Wiring # 118415.
To complete your towing setup, you will need the following items:
Ball Mount, part # D-4
1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19260
2 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19247
Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3
I have linked instructions and a video installation of the CURT # C13073. Also linked is an FAQ on trailer hitch installation tips.
