Actually, for your 2018 Toyota Highlander, it will depend on your priorities. If you are going to tow, I really like the etrailer # e98844. It has a great weight capacity and can be used with weight distribution system. If appearance is your main concern, I suggest the EcoHitch part # 306-X7250. The EcoHitch has a hidden crosstube, so only the receiver opening is seen. Check out the videos to help you make your choice.
