Question:
Do you need an impact wrench to fasten the bolts or will a power drill/screw driver work?

There are no power or pneumatic tools required to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13002 on your 2013 Cadillac SRX though they would help with removing the old hardware. However, you will want to obtain a torque wrench if you do not already have one as it will be recommended to torque the bolts down to the manufacturer's specifications.
If you do not have a torque wrench you can rent one from most local auto parts stores free of charge or purchase one from us, part # ALL644044. I have attached a sample install video for you as well.
