Do you have a 2 inch hitch that would work for the 2018 HR-V EX-L I have a swing away bike rake that requires a 2 inch hitch

We actually do have a 2" trailer hitch for your 2018 Honda HR-V. It is the EcoHitch # 306-X7322 and has a tongue weight rating of 300 lbs.
I did check with the online owner's manual for your 2018 HR-V and it looks like your vehicle does not have a tongue weight rating so you will want to verify with a dealer that your swinging bike rack, like the Yakima FullSwing # Y02465.
