Will the Westlake Tire and Silver Wheel LHAW124 Fit a Trailer Hub with Smaller Pilot Hole

can I use this wheel on a 3 5/8 hub with studs and nuts

I assume you mean the pilot hole diameter is 3-5/8"? If that is the case then yes you can use the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range E # LHAW124 on your trailer hub. In regard to lug piloted wheels like the above, the opening for the pilot hole on the wheel needs to be larger than the opening for the pilot hole on the trailer hub. The pilot hole opening on this wheel is 4.29" which is larger than 3-5/8" so there shouldn't be any issues.
