Can you sell me just the j hook lost mine.

We carry the entire strap that includes the J-hooks, part # 3373028819. It's the exact replacement strap for the ratchet tie-downs # 3375480007.

That's the only way to replace the exact J-hook. I contacted Buyers Products and they don't even carry the hook as an individual part.

The Buyers Products 1-1/2" Ratchet Tie Downs For Round Tube Ladder Racks (2-pack) #3375480007 has a 2.1" inner diameter so you will be able to use these with your 1.9" outer diameter pipes.
