Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2010 Ford F-150
Question:
Hello. My truck was in a wreck while hauling a small trailer. All is well, but I want to replace hitch. I haul a 5000 lb rv and, thus I would like to ensure hitch is good. Insurance suggested to replace. My question is, would the hitches sold here able to be used as a replacement and or upgrade? Thanks

We have a few options for your 2010 Ford F-150 that will work well with your 5,000 lb RV. I've linked the page to all your hitch options.
For the strongest hitch, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class IV - 2" # C14002 which is rated for up to 10,000 lbs. This will be a replacement and an upgrade from your previous hitch. It will install to factory holes already present in your truck frame, so no drilling is required.
