Comparison of Access Vanish and TonnoSport Tonneau Covers for 2017 Nissan Frontier
Question:
I am debating between the 2 Subject covers. I did a comparison based on the information from your web site and seen only a couple differences. The powder coated rails, folding straps, and warranty. Do you have a comparison sheet or can tell me what are some of the other differences to justify the additional cost of the tonnosport over the vanish. I have a 2017 Nissan King Cab with 6foot bed and no interior bed rail system. Hope to hear from you soon because I would like to place an order later today. Thank You

Both the Access Vanish Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # 834532007950 and the TonnoSport # A22030189 are confirmed to fit your 2017 Nissan Frontier. These are very similar covers but as you mentioned there are a few differences between the two. I even called my contact at Access as well just to get some additional insight into the two models.
Something that may surprise you right off the bat considering it is the lower cost option is that the Vanish # 834532007950 is actually an upgraded model over the Tonnosport # A22030189, and not the other way around. One major difference between the covers in terms of function is the included front element seal on the Vanish, which does a great job of preventing dust and moisture from getting into the truck bed. The TonnoSport cover does not have this seal. The Vanish features easy-to-grip dials (think a household water spigot dial) that allows for easier tensioning during installation when compared to the TonnoSport. As you mentioned, the Vanish also comes with a longer 3-year limited warranty over the 2-year warranty that is on the TonnoSport.
Between the two models I definitely recommend going with the Vanish Cover # 834532007950. I have attached the complete written installation instructions that you can check out as well.
