Can Manual Adjust Brakes be Replaced with Self-Adjust Brakes on a Lippert 6,000 Lb Axle
Question:
On a lippert 6000 lb axle can I switch out manual adjusting to self adjusting. Also can I buy just brake shoes only if I decide not to do the switch to self adjusting

Yes to both. In order to switch out the manual adjust braking assemblies for the self-adjust braking assemblies on your Lippert 6,000 lb axle you will need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA. In order to replace the brake shoes on your existing brakes you will need to use the Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for 12" Manual-Adjust Brake Assembly part # AKBRKR-S-12.
