We have the key you need as part number # THKEYN173. This Thule key is the same as the Jeep key you have of E173.

My contact at Thule advised that for the crossbars on your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that have lock core 163 you can use their Replacement Key #THKEYN163. This is sold as a single key so you might want order a few to keep spares on hand.
