Dual Receiver Recommendation for Towing Car and Using Bike Rack Simultaneously

I am looking for a dual receiver to tow a car and mount a bike rack behind my RV. I have the Swagman XC2 Traveler which fits into a 2inch Class 3 Hitch or mounts to a RV bumper. I do not have a bumper so I am looking for something similar to the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 8inch /Rise, Item # RM-077-8 but with a Class 3 receiver on the short side.

The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 8" Drop/Rise # RM-077-8 does have the 2 inch receiver like a Class III hitch on both openings but the Roadmaster adapters have a rounded shape to the inside of them to help be a tighter fit on accessories and the shank of your Swagman bike rack, # S64663, is extremely square and won't fit into Roadmaster adapters.

Instead you can use the Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 10K # 325-GH-303 or 7-1/2" # 325-GH-304 which can be used in the rise or drop position as needed. This stacked receiver design will allow you to tow or flat tow and use an accessory in one of the other receiver openings simultaneously.
