From the center of the top hole on the mounting bracket for the Fulton Square Marine Jack # FHD2500 to the center of the bottom hole there is a distance of right at 5-3/8 inches. This jack will mount to 3 inch x 5 inch trailer frames so if you have a 5-1/2 inch tall frame this will not fit. We do not currently have a bolt-on jack available that will work on a 5-1/2 inch tongue.
Your best option will be to go with a weld-on trailer jack like the Square etrailer.com # TJD-5000S. This square jack features a 3,000 pound lift capacity with 15-1/4 inches of travel. I have attached a short video demonstration on this jack that you can also check out. I have also included a link that will take you directly to our selection of weld-on jacks that you can look through.
