The Optronics LED Trailer Clearance Lights # MCL44RB that you will be installing on your trailer features a power and ground wire. The black wire coming from the assembly is for power and the white wire is for ground, which will just need to be attached to a clean, bare metal surface on the trailer.
It's possible that the two black wires coming from your existing/old assemblies could be used for either ground or power, but I can't be sure of this. When installing the new assemblies all you will need to do is locate the same wire on the trailer that your old light was connected to. This is where the black wire will go. Then it's just a matter of attaching the white wire to the trailer frame.
