To tow your 2018 Chevy Spark behind your RV you will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, a supplemental braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.
Starting with the base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-523185-5 (as long as you don't have the Active Air Shutters). This base plate kit is confirmed to fit your vehicle and features hidden brackets and a streamlined design for a clean look when you aren't towing.
For a compatible tow bar that will work great I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522. This is a non-binding tow bar with extra-long telescoping arms that allow for better maneauverability and easier towing. It has a 6,000 pound capacity. For safety cables you can use # RM-643.
For a lighting solution the Roadmaster Tail LIght Wiring Kit # RM-155 will work great. This will let you use the Spark's signal lights for flat towing without having to tap into its wiring. I have attached an installation video on the 2018 Chevy Spark that you can use for reference.
Then for a braking system I highly recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This is a great proportional system that will activate the vehicle brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your RV. After the initial installation this system will require very little attention as you transition back and forth between flat towing and everyday driving. I have again attached an installation video that you can check out.
Lastly, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included an FAQ on flat towing that you might find helpful.
