Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness for 2018 Honda Pilot
Question:
Looking for harness for my 2018 Honda Pilot. Don't have trailer yet so not sure if I'll need a 4 or 7 so just give me your recommendations for both.

We have both 7-Way and 4-Way harness options available for your 2018 Honda Pilot. For a 7-Way harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118286. This will install by simply plugging into factory ports behind the vehicle's rear bumper and it includes all the needed fuses to activate the tow package.
For just a 4-Way harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118760. This will also plug into factory ports and includes the fuses if needed.
If you think you might be towing multiple trailers that use either a 7-Way or 4-Way your best option will be to go with the Tekonsha 7-Way Harness # 118286 and then simply add an adapter like the Hopkins # HM47570. This will plug right into the 7-Way to provide you with a 4-Way when needed (along with a 6- and 5-Way connector). I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
