Will the Edge Insight Color Touch Screen Fit a 2004 Chevy TrailBlazer 4.3 Liter

Hi: I was mainly wondering if this chip increases horse power and if it does by how much? i was also wondering if it gets my car better gas mileage? Does this chip have the four settings like the 5.3L trailblazer has? I was wondering because i have a 2004 4.3L trailblazer and want a chip to increase performance and gas mileage. The Edge Insight Color Touch Screen, # EP84130, will not allow you to tune the engine or program the computer. What it does is offer a comprehensive gauge display. You will be able to monitor the following parameters:
Battery Voltage
Intake Air Temperature (IAT)
Engine Oil Pressure (EOP)
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT)
Engine Oil Temperature (EOT)
Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT)
Miles Per Hour (MPH)
Miles Per Gallon (MPG)
Revolutions Per Minute (RPM)
1/4-mile and 0 - 60 times
It will not increase horsepower or gas mileage.
