For the 2011 Ford F-550 the stock front coil spring has a weight capacity of 3,150 lbs.
I have the Super Springs Front SuperCoils - Extra Heavy Duty, part # SSC-34, which has a weight capacity of 5,060 lbs and will increase the ride height by 1 inch.
Super Springs also has the Front SuperCoils - Extra Heavy Duty, part # SSC-35, which has a weight capacity of 7,700 lbs and will increase the ride height by 2-1/2 inches.
The Super Springs SuperCoils will not increase the vehicles weight-carrying capacity.
I am including a link to a video review of the SuperCoil springs.
