Hi, Would this hitch pin work on my Thule hitch bike rack model number 515-0109. Thanks,

I spoke to my contact at Thule and she informed that the number you listed isn't a part number, but that based on that she could tell about how old your rack is and what would be the correct part you are looking for.
The replacement bolt you need to secure the bike rack to your hitch is the part # 908-1240-54.
