Yakima Trunk-Mount Bike Rack for 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and 2015 Ford Explorer

Hi there, Does the Yakima fit for a 2018 Hunday Santa Fe Sport? We have two cars and I would like to find one rack that fits both. The first car is a 2015 Ford Explorer with no hitch and the second is a 2018 Santa Fe Sport with hitch. What you you suggest?

Assuming your 2015 Ford Explorer is the 4-door version there is a Yakima trunk-mounted bike rack that will fit both this vehicle and your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, the Yakima FullBack # Y02634.

This rack features anti-sway cradles that have heavy-duty padding and ratcheting straps to secure your bikes at three different points to keep them from making contact with one another. The rack has arms which adjust and fold down for when you are not using it and are made of steel to ensure durability. They are also padded to protect your cars and secure to the vehicle with four cam-buckle straps. I do recommend using Security Strap # Y02623 to secure the rack inside your hatch.

Additionally, please note that when using any hanging rack like the FullBack # Y02634 you'll need bike frame adapter bar # Y02531 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
