Your 225/75-15 wheels have a diameter of 28.4 inches. If you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, then you would need to change your hubs to accommodate larger wheels and tires. I'd need bearing and seal numbers to confirm the replacement hub fit.
If you already have the 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern, then you can use the Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" White Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range E # AM32764 which will give you a diameter of 31.61 inches. This will give you just over 1-1/2 inches more height to your trailer.
Your other option is Contender ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" White Mod Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - LR E # TA39VR which has a 30.79-inch diameter. This will give you about 1-1/4 inches more height.
