The CURT Trailer Hitch, # 11326, is designed to fit the 2006 Saab 9-3 convertible and sedan models. CURT Trailer Hitch # 11415 is designed to fit SportCombi models with single exhaust. Since you have a convertible model, you will want to go with the first one, # 11326.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for this hitch and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you. The hitch comes with a ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. For a ball, use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter).
