Which harness would I use for this model?

I checked with Curt and the correct wiring harness for a 2015 Honda Civc LX Sedan is Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56011.
For a hitch you will need # C11391 and Curt recommends the use of Ball Mount # C45521. This will require 2" Hitch Ball # A-82 or 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80 as well as Pin and Clip # F-4.
