It sounds like you are wanting to wire the 12V pin (typically the pin at the 1 o'clock position) on your 7-Way so that it gets power at all times, even when your tow vehicle's ignition is turned off. To do this you will simply need to run a length of 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) from this pin at the 7-Way to your vehicle's battery via a 30 amp circuit breaker like # PK54530. This will give you power at the 12V pin of your trailer connector at all times.
