In my opinion the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier for RV Bumpers, # S64663, is the best rack for use on a 4 inch continuously welded steel RV bumper. This rack folds compactly for storage, will also work in a standard 2 inch hitch on a vehicle, and comes with the bolt on receiver for the RV bumper. This style of rack is super easy to load the bikes on and secures the bikes very well, keeping them from contacting each other or the back of the trailer causing damage.
If you need to carry 4 bikes, check with your trailer manufacturer to be sure that the bumper can handle the weight of a bike rack and 4 bikes, then the Swagman Original Bike Rack, # S64400, that you selected would be a great choice. Along with this rack you will need a bolt on receiver for the RV bumper, like the Ultra-Fab 2 inch Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver, # UF35-946402.
