The best 5th wheel hitch option that we have for your 2013 Toyota Tundra with an 8' bed comes from B&W.
If you install their Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1257-5W you not only have the option of towing a gooseneck trailer, but you can also utilize the Companion # BWRVK3500-5W. This has a 20K weight capacity and sits directly in the gooseneck receiver so that when you remove it you have a clear bed. The head is easily removed to help make removing the hitch an easier task. All of the B&W products are manufactured in the USA which is backed up by a limited lifetime warranty.
For a more cost-effective solution I recommend a setup from Reese. Start off by installing their Universal Rail Kit # RP30035-309 (cost-effective) or their Custom Rail Kit # RP50084-58 (easier and recommended). Once the base rails are installed you can use the 16K Reese Hitch # RP30047. Reese is one of the leading 5th wheel hitch manufacturers and their hitches are backed up with a similar limited lifetime warranty.
I also recommend installing a 7-Way, like the Bargman # 50-97-410, in the bed of your Tundra to help make hooking up and disconnecting your 5th wheel much easier.
