The Ultra-Fab T-Slot Power Drill Adapter # UF48-979071 is designed to fit most scissor jacks. I don't have a way to confirm a fit of this on your 1999 Coleman Fleetwood Pop Up on my end but I can tell you that the inner diameter is 0.66 " and the slot depth is 0.78". You can check out your current scissor jacks to see if they are compatible with this adapter.
