Which Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Fits 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I purchased a Hitch model # 13172 ., Can i use it on a Jeep grand Cherokee 2007?

Curt makes a hitch 13172 but it is not a fit for a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee so it would not work for you. Instead you'd want the Curt Class III hitch part # 13251 for a similar hitch confirmed as a fit. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
