The Ventline Exterior Wall Vent for RV Range Hood # V2111-13 has an outside dimension of 11-1/2 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches tall. The opening is 10-1/2 wide x 3-3/4 tall x 1-3/4 deep at collar.
We don't have a vent with the 13 x 6-1/4 inch outside dimension you are seeking. If the exterior is able to handle a replacement vent from the aesthetic perspective, then you can use this vent with the Camco RV Vent Installation Kit # CAM25013 or # 344270KITW then use some of the silicone to seal current holes if in a different location.
