The sway control ball on the Replacement Weight Distribution Bolt-Together Round Bar Head # PS58442 can be used with two balls and you can use the balls on either side of the head assembly (see picture).

This replacement head fits Pro Series weight distribution systems # PS49583, # PS49582, # PS49901

The adjustable shank # C17100 is not included with this product, but it does come with the bolts, the nuts and the washers to get that installed and attached to the weight distribution shank. Its also comes with a hitch pin and clip. This is to secure the weight distribution shank inside the receiver tip of your hitch. Its going to come with two other clips. These are for the frame brackets or lift brackets.

For an additional hitch ball with a 2 inch diameter and a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank i recommend part # A-90. If you need a 2-5/16" Hitch Ball with a 1-1/4" Diameter, I recommend # 63840.

Since you are going to use this head with 2 sway bars, you will need (2) Curt Sway Control Hitch Ball # C40093.

In order to make sure this unit works with your system, can you tell me what type of system you have? If you can send me a picture of the system that will help also.

There's a tab above each attachment point on the head that needs to be pushed for the spring bar to drop freely. I wouldn't try backing up with the system attached - you'll want to at least disconnect the sway bar before doing so.
