Recommended Interchangeable Ball Set for Moving Trailers with a Forklift

Question:

I am interested in a interchangeable size trailer hitch ball 2inch and 2-5/16 with the highest possible rise. I do not see any rise dimensions listed in your product specifications. I will mainly use this on a forklift moving trailers around. Thanks

I do have an interchangeable hitch ball set with both a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls but none of our hitch balls really come with a rise. If you needed a rise then you would want to choose a different ball mount but since that is not an option for you then I recommend using a set with an extended length shank so you could then place a spacer between the bottom of the hitch ball and top of the mounting surface. This however would not be safe for towing but would work to let you move your trailers around using your forklift.

For this, I recommend the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set part # 105TB. This set comes with a 1" shank that is 3" long and a 10,000 lb gross trailer weight (GTW) rating. I have attached a review video for you as well.
