Is the TH82WV at 44inch the correct wind fairing for my new Grand Cherokee, with MOPAR roof rack which I believe is Thule Rapid Aero model? Thanks

I did some checking and the recommended fairing for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with MOPAR roof rack is # TH22WV. This is the 52 inch long model. I have linked a video review for you.

I currently don't get wind noise with just my Hodenn roof rack, but I get a lot with my ladders mounted on the roof rack. Will the Thule wind deflector help even with those ladders up there?

I doubt a deflector/fairing would help to reduce noise when you have the ladders mounted. The ladders are what is causing the wind drag, and the deflector unfortunately wouldn't help with re-directing wind over them.
