Do they make a 2inch or 2-5/8inch insert roll ball that will fit a standard receiver, like the Lock N Roll trailer coupler?

The Lock N Roll Trailer Coupler # 336VS501 that you mentioned is designed to fit a 2 inch hitch which is a standard hitch size like you mentioned. You'd need to have the matching trailer side coupler part # 336TS528 installed on your trailer as well.
