4 and 7-Way Recommendation for 2013 Ford E-250 Van

need 7 pin harness have factory connect on frame 4 pin and 7 pin do i need fuse and relay also.

If you have the round connector needed for installing a 7-way socket on your 2013 Ford E-250 the correct part number you'd need to add a 4 and 7-way would be the part # HM40975 which has both styles of connectors.
