Can Air Spring Suspension System Air Pressure Side to Side Impact Handling?
Question:
Will running different pressure in the air bag from side to side on my f350 ford be a problem with handling? I use more in one bag to level the load side to side as well as front to back.

Running different air pressure from side to side is not an issue for handling on your 2000 Ford F350. It allows level transport so it will actually help with the handling. Using a kit like the Firestone Air Springs # F2071 will allow you to use the manual inflation valves separately for that very purpose. There are also compressors that will allow this independent adjustment. For that, I recommend the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2219. This will allow you to adjust psi levels side to side and gauge air pressure in each bag for best ride with an off-center load.
