The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13432 is a fit for a standard rear bumper on your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock edition.
For your wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55124 and then adding the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7. To get the full function of your 7-way, you will also need to add a brake controller like # 90195.
I've attached some videos and an article to assist. For your mounting bracket, I recommend the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58000.
