Does Blue and Yellow Wire of 7-Way to 4-Way Adapter # 30717 Need to be Wired In
Question:
I am installing a 4-way to a 7 way adapter and i was wondering if I need to use the yellow blue and white ground wire if I am NOT using a brake controller

When installing the 4-way to 7-way adapter part # 30717 you only have to connect the circuits that you need. If your trailer does not have brakes and you don't need an auxiliary power source then those wires would not need to be connected to anything and could be taped up and out of the way.
