If the inner diameter of your bearings are 0.750" and 1.250" then we do have a few hubs for you to choose from. It is important to make sure that a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 be used to get an exact reading to the 2nd decimal place (1.23 for example).

For the measurements you gave we have the Trailer Hub Assembly # DX22XR which has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a seal inner diameter of 1.688" as well as the Redline Trailer Hub Assembly # AH15450ECOMP which has a 4 on 5" bolt pattern and a seal inner diameter of 1.50".

The Titan is typically used for 2,500 lb trailer axles while the Redline is rated for 3,000 lb axles. Both assemblies come with the bearings, grease seal, and a grease cap. I have attached review videos for you to check out.
