Marine-Grade Carpet for Making Custom-Length Boat Trailer Bunk Boards
Question:
I am needing some carpeted 2 X 4 bunks that are 133inch long. C.E. Smith recommended contacting you as they didnt make any that long. Do you have bunks in this length or can you possibly recommend someone who does if you dont? Kind regards.

We have carpeted bunk boards for boat trailers in several lengths and all are displayed on the page I linked for you. The longest ones are 6-feet (72-inches) such as # CE27840 but it is easy enough to make your own custom-length bunks using our special marine-grade carpeting which is shown on the other linked page. You can source your lumber locally so you do not have to pay for shipping charges.
We have this USA-made marine carpet in rolls that are 144-inches in length and up to 12-inches wide, such as # FCR8012. A heavy-duty stapler is a great way to secure the fabric.
