Availability of Straight Coupler Replacement for Titan Aero 7500 Brake Actuator # T63FR
Question:
Do you know if there is a straight coupler replacement for the Titan Aero 7500. With the correct mounting hole pattern? Thanks for your time!

The Titan Aero 7500 brake actuator, part # T63FR, has a 2-inch ball and fits a 3 inch wide channel tongue. It has a weight capacity of 7,500 lbs.
In a straight bolt-on coupler with a 2 inch ball that fits a 3 inch wide channel, the coupler with the highest weight capacity would be the Titan Leverlock Coupler - Adjustable Ball, part # T4845000. This coupler will only have a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs, which is lower than the 7,500-lb capacity on the Titan Aero 7500 brake actuator.
The other choice in a straight tongue coupler with a 2 inch ball and fits a 3 inch wide channel is a weld-on coupler like the Bulldog Latch Coupler, part # BD028387. This coupler will have a weight capacity of 7,000 lbs, but it is a weld-on coupler that would need to be welded to the trailer tongue.
There is not a straight coupler replacement for the Titan Aero 7500 that will have the correct weight capacity, unless you went to the 2-5/16 inch ball size like the Titan Straight-Tongue Coupler, part # T4853100, that you have referenced. It has a weight capacity of 21,000 lbs.
The mounting hole pattern on the bolt-on couplers will be the same 3-inch distance between holes.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on trailer couplers.
