How to Carry a Bike Rack or Cargo Basket and Tow a Trailer with a 2010 Toyota Sienna

It sounds like you are trying to tow a trailer and carry a bike rack or cargo carrier on your 2010 Toyota Sienna. If this is the case then I do have options for you but the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter part # RM-077-8 is only designed for flat-towing and we do not have a dual hitch adapter that will work with a 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver.
Instead, I recommend upgrading to a 2" trailer hitch receiver for which I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75237. This hitch is a direct fit for your Sienna and will provide you with a 2" receiver tube opening. You could then using something like the MaxxTow Ball Mount part # MT70066 which would not reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch like most other adapters will.
