I do have a roof rack recommendation for you to carry your Gheenoe with your 2017 Ford F-150 but as far as weight capacity goes I couldn't find anything in the online version of your owner's manual. I recommend contacting your local Ford dealer for that information.

For a roof rack I recommend the Rhino-Rack system which consists of the Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA150B-2, 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and DK Fit Kit # DK427. This roof rack has a 165 lb weight capacity, but if you find out from the dealer that the weight capacity of your roof is less, the roof's weight capacity will be the limiting factor.

You could potentially use the Rhino-Rack T-Load # RTL002 in a 2" trailer hitch like part # C26HR if you don't already have a trailer hitch receiver. If you do have a trailer hitch receiver and you are already using it then you could use the T-Load in a front mount hitch receiver like part # C31083 instead. Either way you will be taking some of that weight off of your roof rack.
