What is the Wall Thickness of the Curt Class III Ball Mount Part # C45036
Question:
I’m trying to find a hitch that has .250 wall thickness. Do you happen to know the wall thinkness on this hitch? Or have any that are .250 wall?

I spoke with my contact at Curt who informed me that the wall thickness of the Curt Class III Ball Mount part # C45036 is about 3/16" or .188" thick. In order to receive a ball mount with a wall thickness of 1/4" or .250 you would need to go up to a Class IV like the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45310. This ball mount does not come with a hitch ball or hitch pin/clip like the above ball mount does but you can add them using part # A-90 and part # C21500.
I have attached a review a video of the Class IV ball mount for you as well.
