How to Use Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier With 2 Shank in 2-1/2 Hitch

I have a ‘17 Silverado 2500 HD with 2 1/2 in hitch. Want to ask if I can use 6in long -down 2 in with FHG77ZR? Need FHG77ZR with ramp for husband’s scooter.

I believe you are asking about an adapter, and you can use the Curt Cargo Carrier with Ramp, which has a 2" shank, in the 2-1/2" receiver of your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 simply by using Hitch Reducer Sleeve # C45405.
This reducer sleeve will insert into your 2-1/2" hitch and that's all you would need. I do strongly recommend using anti-rattle hitch lock # SHP2040-XL to secure your investment and keep the vibration and rattle to a minimum.
