Rhino Rack Roof Rack Parts Needed for 2015 Honda CR-V  

Question:

Can I use these same towers and cross bars on both a 2012 Toy Tundra Double cab and 2015 Honda CRV? Is the only difference the length of cross bars? Part Numbers: RRVA150B-2,RRRLKVA,DK079 I understand I would need different clips for each vehicle DK079 and DK284

For the 2015 Honda CR-V the correct Rhino Rack roof rack components are # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK284.

So you'd be able to reuse the feet of the rack but the bar lengths and fit kit are differrent from what you mentioned.
