We have exactly what you need so that you can use your utility van to tow your trailer that has a 7-Way connector like part # PK12706.
If you just need the basic trailer lighting functions (stop, turn, running, and ground) then you simply need to install the Hopkins Adapter # 37185. It comes with 7-Way round and 4-Way flat connector and has a 4-Way at the back of it that plugs right into the 4-Way that you currently have.
For a fully functional 7-Way you need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 instead. This has the same adapter in it, but it also includes the wiring and parts needed so that you can get 12V power and gain the ability to utilize a brake controller on your 7-Way.
If you need to use a brake controller just let me know what the year/make/model of your van is and I can see if we have any more information on any wiring needed.
