Platform Bike Rack that Holds Electric Bikes at Frame and is Rated for 60 Pounds Per Bike
Question:
I have been a customer of e-trailer for years and you provide a great service but your limited amount of platform bikes that support a bike with a fender are disappointing.You make it seem like everyone has a road bike without fenders?How about putting some electric bikes on your racks for video for once? I know Thule has one but at $700, that is a ridiculous price. I know Hollywood racks has one but I wish to swing the center bars to clear right or left-Putting a 58 lb bike behind that center rack is very difficult. Would love any advice. Thanks,

There are options for 60 pound bikes that hold the bikes at the frame and that have a center mast that folds down.
Saris Freedom # SA4412B rated for 60 pounds per bike, center folds down, holds bikes at frame.
That Thule rack is an excellent rack but I agree with you that it is on the expensive side.
Rest assured as soon as we get some electric bikes you will see them in videos. Or if you want to drive down to St. Louis with your e-bike on your new rack, maybe we can borrow it to make a few videos!
