Should I Replace My RV Tail Light?
Question:
I have a 2007 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite travel trailer with what appears to be RVST51 tail lights. The passenger side bulb socket appears to be rusted out to a point that the brake/hazard/blinker is not firing. The bulb filament is in tact and the tail light itself lights up, so Im thinking its a signal connection. All wiring seems to be fine. I was looking for the metal socket part, to replace, but Im wondering if its worthwhile to just upgrade to LED on both sides. Looking for some how-to advice.

Definitely just replace them, simply because the product will start rusting and next you may have electrical issues in the future. The RV Tail Light # 30-92-003 have a 1-Year warranty.
Or if you would like a LED upgrade I recommend # RVSTLB61 and # RVSTLB60.
Or the white base version # RVSTL61 and # RVSTL60.
