Based on your bolt pattern, you will want the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-3/4 # AKIHUB-5475-35-K. Then for your axles, you will want the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S05. This will replace your leaf springs and thru-axle. You will simply need to add a 2 inch square tube to the integrated holes of the assemblies cut to the custom length for the width of your trailer.
I've attached videos to assist. Let me know if you have further questions.
