Best Cargo Carrier with Ramp Options for a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse with the Factory Tow Package

I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse with trailering package and I need to purchase a 2 inch Hitch Cargo Carrier with Ramp to transport a 26 inch Troy Bilt Snow Blower for the winter and some smaller landscaping equipment in the summer such as a lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower, etc. What is your professional recommendation? Also, will there be other accessories that I will need to purchase along with the hitch cargo carrier including any lights for driving at night or tie downs, etc.? Thank you for your help!

One of the key components in looking at cargo carriers is that they are on the lighter side of things so that they don't eat up your Tongue Weight (TW) which takes away from how much cargo you can carry.

The accessories that I recommend looking at include a locking hitch pin like part # e98880, Retractable Ratchet Straps # IMF111640, and a light kit like part # 20174 for when the tail lights on your 2018 Chevrolet Traverse are not visible. You can mount this light kit with the Mounting Bracket # BK70BB.

Please note that the TW on your Traverse is going to be about 500 lbs (check your owner's manual for verification). Even though the carriers are rated for 500 lbs you will be limited by your Traverse. You will need to subtract the weight of the carrier to know how much weight you can safely load on it.
