Yes, the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047 will fit your 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup.

If your 2007 Dodge Ram has an 8 foot bed, I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # RP30047 and # RP50040-58. This is the same hitch, but with a custom installation kit.

If your Dodge Ram has a 6 foot bed, you would need to use a Sidewinder or a pin box extension on your trailer to use this fixed position fifth-wheel hitch. If not using a Sidewinder, it is recommended to use a sliding fifth-wheel hitch on short bed trucks. For this, I would recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Round Tube Slider, part # RP30075 and # RP50140-58, which is also a 16k hitch.
